## What to Expect From Liftoff

 

**Personal Branding**

In Liftoff, you’ll learn how to share your unique story and make the most of your new tech skills. We’ll help you craft a standout resume, build (or update!) your LinkedIn profile, and polish your project portfolio to show off all your strengths. You'll also get tips on workplace professionalism, so you’ll feel confident stepping into your new role.

 

**Career Coaching **

You’ll be paired with a career coach from our Career Outcomes team, who’ll be with you every step of the way during your job search. Through personalized 1-on-1 sessions, mock interviews, and insights from alumni and employers, you’ll feel fully supported as you move toward landing that first job in tech.

 

**Employer Connections  **

Liftoff gives you direct access to employers through networking events, hiring fairs, and tailored career-matching opportunities. While your coach helps you prepare for interviews, our Company Relations team connects you with our 300+ employer partners—from exciting startups to Fortune 500 companies—helping you find the perfect fit for your career goals.

Access to Liftoff is exclusive to those educated through LaunchCode, supplementing your technical skills with professional development, career support, and job opportunities. Our goal is to equip you with the tools you need to succeed in your career in tech!
