Career Coaching
You’ll be paired with a career coach from our Career Outcomes team, who’ll be with you every step of the way during your job search. Through personalized 1-on-1 sessions, mock interviews, and insights from alumni and employers, you’ll feel fully supported as you move toward landing that first job in tech.

Liftoff gives you direct access to employers through networking events, hiring fairs, and tailored career-matching opportunities. While your coach helps you prepare for interviews, our Company Relations team connects you with our 300+ employer partners—from exciting startups to Fortune 500 companies—helping you find the perfect fit for your career goals.
